Photography Studio and Space Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and full pay-

ment of the studio hire fee.

1.2 Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept credit card & bank transfers.

1.3 Rates: The studio hire rates are as quoted at the time of booking. Any additional hours, services, or equipment

requested on the day of the shoot will be charged accordingly.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

2.1 Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the booking date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking date are non-refundable.

2.2 Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original booking date. We will

try to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.

3. Studio Usage

3.1 Access: The hirer is only permitted to use the studio and its facilities for the agreed times. Early access and over-

run will incur additional charges.

3.2 Cleanliness: The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee may be applied if the studio is

not left in an acceptable state.

3.3 Damage: The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the studio or equipment during the hire period.

Any damages must be reported immediately and will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

3.4 Equipment: Use of studio equipment must be supervised and handled with care. Any malfunction or damage

to the equipment must be reported immediately.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Conduct: All hirers must adhere to health and safety regulations. The studio must not be used for any illegal or

dangerous activities.

4.2 Supervision: The hirer must ensure that children and animals are supervised at all times within the studio

premises.

4.3 Fire Safety: Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times. The hirer must familiarize themselves with the fire

safety procedures upon arrival.

5. No Sexual Content

5.1 Prohibited Content: The studio strictly prohibits the creation of any pornographic or sexually explicit content.

This includes, but is not limited to, nudity, sexually suggestive poses, and any activities deemed inappropriate by

the studio management.

5.2 Compliance: Hirers found to be in violation of this policy will be asked to leave immediately, and their booking

fee will be forfeited. Further legal action may be taken if necessary.

6. Liability

6.1 Insurance: The studio is insured for its own property and equipment. The hirer is responsible for arranging their

own insurance for personal property and hired equipment.

6.2 Injury: The studio is not liable for any personal injury or accidents that occur during the hire period. The hirer is

responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

6.3 Loss and Theft: The studio is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Hirers are advised to

keep valuables secure at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Copyright: All images and footage taken during the hire period are the property of the hirer unless otherwise

agreed in writing.

7.2 Credits: Any promotional use of images or footage featuring the studio space should credit the studio appro-

priately.

8. Agreement

8.1 Acceptance: By booking the studio, the hirer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply

may result in the termination of the hire agreement without

refund.

8.2 Changes: The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be

communicated to the hirer prior to their booking.
